Please read these terms before using this website.
About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses elmukorubber.com (the website), run by Elmuko Rubber Products (we, us) in Kenya. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. You must be over 18 to use it.
Prices and product information
Product details, sizes and photos on this website are for guidance. Prices, stock and delivery times are confirmed in a written quotation, which applies to your order.
Links to other websites
The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information, so please read their own terms and privacy policies.
Access to the website
We may suspend or end access to the website at any time, without notice, including if these terms are broken.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for using the website is limited to the amount you paid through the website, or 100 US dollars if you have not bought anything through it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
The website is provided "as is"
We do not promise that the website will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your particular needs. Where the law does not allow some of these exclusions, they apply as far as the law permits.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If you have a concern or a dispute, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. Consumers in other countries keep any protections that their local law requires.
Other points
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right does not mean we give it up. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will try to give at least 30 days' notice on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
